WORK PROCESS
I, myself, am a work in progress and my work process is always changing. I love capturing moments, colors, lines, and contrasts. All of these things can be encapsulated through portraiture. In an effort to be a "better-rounded" photographer, I am also trained in black & white, film photography. Hopefully, I will be able to display those in an online gallery in the near future. Currently living in Graz, Austria, I am finding muses everywhere. I moved to Sarajevo in September 2014 to begin a portrait/photojournalist project about the lives of the people in that unique city. The project, titled Storytellers: Sarajevo - www.facebook.com/storytellerssarajevo - is a series of portraits and interviews of the lives of everyday citizens in an effort to chronolize the recent history of the city. Due to various reasons, I left Sarajevo and am once again based out of Graz. I frequently return to Sarajevo to work on the project and myself.
About me
Having worked in the portrait photography business since 2008, I finally became a professional photographer in 2012. I love portraiture. It's more than the final product. It is a process that can be both cathartic and entertaining. I strive to make my customers and subjects genuinely smile, and evoke their individuality.
